This Privacy Policy explains how AL Results ("we," "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit our website or contact us. AL Results is a web design studio based in Northeast Ohio, run by Andre Lacroix.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you fill out a form on this site, such as a Free Website Review request, we collect what you enter: your name, email address, and, if you choose to share them, your business name, phone number, current website and message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic usage data such as pages visited, time on site, the type of device and browser you use, and general location (city or region). We use Google Analytics for this, which uses cookies. Our website host also keeps standard server logs for security and performance.
How we use your information
- To reply to your request and send you the review or quote you asked for
- To communicate with you about a project if you become a client
- To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it
- To keep the site secure and working properly
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

We share information only with service providers that help us run this website and our business, such as our website platform and host (Duda) and Google Analytics. They may process data only to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and emails for as long as needed to respond and, for clients, for the length of our working relationship and any record-keeping we're required to do. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you. Email us and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children's privacy
This website is meant for business owners and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
